Why Baby Yoga?
Our sessions assist you to meet your babies need for touch and movement for the healthy development of their brains.
In the womb, their sense of touch develops in the 4 weeks, but it takes 2yrs to establish the brain connections that enable rational and caring responses and this can all be done through a loving and affectionate playtime.
Baby Yoga benefits help improve sleep patterns, enhances communication, balance and harmony of the body systems. Baby Yoga can help infants transition from reflex to voluntary movements, and provide healthy and stimulations of all the senses through affectionate play. These Asana Postures for Baby can improve you baby's digestion and provide relief for colicky babies.
