Beginners Essential is a very slow moving, low impact, 60 min beginners level class aimed at those who may need to slow things down due to injury, illness, reduced mobility or pre and post natal. 

We use the basic, simple movements of yoga to loosen, lengthen and strengthen, without losing the authenticity of a mindful approach to your practice.

You will practice different breathing patterns to assist with movement, rest and stress release with the addition of a  relaxation/meditation to complete the journey.

Saturdays 9.30 to 10.30am

$10 per person

Bookings are encouraged due to limits on class size.

If no booking and class is full, you will not be able to participate.
