Gentle Moves is a very slow moving, low impact, beginners level class aimed at those who may need to slow things down due to injury, illness, reduced mobility or pre and post natal. 

We combine the basic, simple movements of yoga to loosen and lengthen with the controlled movements of Pilates to strengthen.

You will practice different breathing patterns to assist with movement, rest and stress release with the addition of a  relaxation/meditation to complete the journey.

Saturdays 9.30 to 10.15am

No bookings required, please bring your own yoga mat.
