Join Terri as she guides you towards finding your space and setting your intention through the beauty of a moving meditation.


Utilising this to then flow into a gentle practice of simple, basic asana's to build heat and nourish the body.


Reducing the flow as we ground ourselves venturing towards the Yin side of the practice, bringing each asana to long, deep and supported positions to completely Restore.


Finally discovering complete stillness to bask in the openness and warmth of our body and liquidity of the mind as we find stillness and relaxation similar to that of your slumber through Yoga Nidra.

You will then be offered a hot cup of Terri's home made herbal tea before you leave (or float) home.

Please bring, pillow, socks, blanket and wear comfortable clothes.
