Join Josie as she guides you towards calming your mind through the beauty of meditation.
Flowing on to a Gentle, Basic, Yoga practice to warm and feel into the body.
Slowing down completely to nourish and relax the body through long, supported, restorative poses.
Finally discovering complete stillness to bask in the openness and warmth of all we are as the body and mind find stillness and relaxation similar to that of your slumber through a guided meditation combined with the sound therapy of the gong and the singing bowls.
This three hour Mini Retreat really is a journey through and to you. It really is the unplug..... pause.... reboot.... that we all so desperately need.
**Please bring, pillow, socks, blanket and wear comfortable clothes.**
**If you have your own bolster and mat, please bring, if you do not you can use the studios but please bring either another blanket or a towel to lay over the bolster.**
