The Women's Summer Retreat is the most beautiful way for women to gather, share, connect and bond. It is our time to rest, restore, reboot and thank ourselves for the busy year just gone and prepare for the one ahead. Our time to spend on ourselves, with ourselves, for ourselves, walking, talking, singing, dancing, eating, laughing, crying and being with other women. Our time - that one precious thing that continues to elude us - to be all for ourselves.



Our Atma Utsava retreat will be a gathering of women joining together in a beautiful setting, embraced by nature to connect with each other and ourselves. We will share with each other, listen and support, we will take what we need, leave what no longer serves us, and leave feeling lighter, open and prosperous.



During this retreat we will aim to return you to a state of free flowing bliss through immersive meditations, themed workshops, inspired yoga practices and reflective journaling activities. Below is a loose itinerary and the inclusion and exclusions for your stay. We will have the beautiful Kris Lipp on-site, providing services including massage, reiki and kinesiology and these will need to be booked in advance by emailing us directly @arise.YOGA.

Lake Perseverance Recreation Centre is a peaceful, private bush retreat located on 4.6ha of land on the foreshores of Lake Perseverance, 8km from Crows Nest and 53km north of Toowoomba. Each Cabin will be home to 2 to 4 Ladies (single rooms available upon request, pricing will vary) and boasts air-conditioning, private bathroom & balcony with the entire centre being accessible by an undercover timber walkway. Entrance gates are locked once all participants have arrived.














Arrival time is between 4 and 4.30pm Friday 9th Feb (no access will be available prior to 4pm). Once all participants have settled into their cabins, we will meet in the Yoga space for our opening circle to get to know one another and set intentions for our jounrey ahead. This will be followed by a gentle, nourishing Yin Yoga sequence and without any effort melt into a gorgeous sound bath experience.

Dinner will be held in the leader cabin from 7pm, following dinner we will venture down to our open fire pit for a glass of wine and a girly catch up. (weather permitting). 

Treatments may be booked with Kris of an evening.



We will meet at 6am and begin the day with an early morning bush walk to the lake and share a Vinyasa practice to salute our magnificent sun to energise, revitalise and prepare (weather permitting).


Heading back up to our space for a nourishing breakfast from 8am followed by free time to rest, read, walk or write.

At 10:30am we again meet at the Yoga space for an energising Yoga practice with some Kundalini activations which will prepare us for our journey to Crows Nest Falls for a water healing session. 

Around 12pm we will venture out to Crows Nest Falls for a bush walk meditation followed by a water healing ceremony with Josie. We will then share a BBQ picnic lunch in the national park, nourishing after a morning of deep connection and immersion in ananda. 


We will then return to our Retreat space, following which is free time to read, journal, walk, sleep.... whatever you desire.

Meeting up again at the Yoga space at 5pm to "release negativity & tension" through an incredible session with Women's Empowerment Coach Shauna Whitley, diving deep into blockages, doubts and negative self-talking. To walk away with the freedom to say "no". 


Dinner will again be held in the leader cabin from 7pm.

After dinner we will return to our fire pit for our fire meditation ritual and the release of that which no longer serves us from our previous group session as we bask in this newly found "Freedom".

Treatments may be booked with Kris of an evening.


We will meet at our Yoga space at 7am for our final Yoga Practice which will take us through the Yin and Yang of energies and lead us into an immersive and powerful meditation to consolidate our experiences into a state of Bliss. A light breakfast will then be provided and some free time for you to journal and pack and return with your belongings to our Yoga space for a closing circle. 

At 11am we will meet for our closing circle with Kris, this will be our opportunity to balance our Chakra systems through a beautiful flowing workshop and close our space with love and compassion, sealing our intentions in our heart to carry with us when we leave. 

1pm we will celebrate our time together with a hearty brunch, heart felt chats, herbal tea and tarot. 

We so look forward to sharing with you in our journey home to ananda.
