zen.CYCLE Is a 40 minute high cardio class to not only burn calories and increase strength but to get your heart to pump and work a little harder for the duration. The addition of this class to our yoga studio has given members the chance to compliment their yoga practice with this healthy heart class. Cardiovascular exercise is so important for our overall wellness as it improves heart health by getting the heart to pump at a faster rate on a regular basis. Your heart is like any other muscle, in order for it to become strong, it must be worked, if you fail to work it, it will weaken.
